dc.description | The present case study is focused on determining the influence of the teaching vocation on the educational quality in the Juan Montalvo educational unit, the study was carried out by means of the deductive method, allowing to study about the teaching vocation in the educational quality, analyzing the Information obtained through research carried out, the descriptive research method was also used, which was especially used to detail the characteristics of the problem, generating knowledge of the most relevant aspects of the variables and problems that arise in the educational unit. In the same way, the surveys carried out with 20 students of the Juan Montalvo educational unit of Cantón Baba were applied as an instrument to learn about the teaching vocation in the educational quality of said institution. On the other hand, the vocation in complement with the effort, are factors considered as engines that allow the teacher to seek quality in their professional performance, recognizing themselves as part of a work team that must be incorporated internally as well as externally to enhance their work allowing to analyze the existing relationship between the personality of the subject and his professional development, to maximize his possibilities and talents, where the teacher can use these resources to strengthen the teaching and learning thereof, thus benefiting the student. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso está enfocado en determinar la influencia de la vocación docente en la calidad educativa en la unidad educativa Juan Montalvo, el estudio se lo realizó mediante el método deductivo, permitiendo estudiar acerca de la vocación docente en la calidad educativa, analizando la información obtenida por medio de investigaciones realizadas, también se usó el método de investigación descriptiva que especialmente se lo uso para detallar las características del problema, generando conocer los aspectos más relevantes de las variables y los problemas que se presentan en la unidad educativa. De la misma manera se aplicó como instrumento las encuestas realizadas a 20 estudiantes de la unidad educativa Juan Montalvo del Cantón Baba, para conocer el sobre la vocación docente en la calidad educativa de dicha institución. Por otra parte, la vocación en complemento con el esfuerzo, son factores considerados como motores que permiten al docente buscar la calidad en su desempeño profesional, reconociéndose como parte de un equipo de trabajo al que debe incorporarse de manera interna como externa para potenciar su labor permitiendo analizar la relación existente entre la personalidad del sujeto y su desarrollo profesional, para potenciar al máximo sus posibilidades y talentos, donde el docente puede utilizar estos recursos para fortalecer la enseñanza y aprendizaje del mismo beneficiando de esta manera al estudiante. | es_ES |
