dc.descriptionIn recent years, technological advances have played a very important and transcendental role in our society, as well as in different educational contexts. The purpose of this case study is to determine the impact of ICT to favor the teaching-learning process of students who are in the 4th year of basic general education (EGB); The research was carried out under the qualitative research approach, where instruments such as the survey, observation and interview with teachers were used in order to determine how it can benefit, adapt, facilitate and optimize the use of ICTs in education, which allowed obtaining relevant, adequate and suitable information on the problem raised. The results of this research showed that, in educational settings, the adoption of ICT is often considered a very demanding challenge that generally meets with resistance to its use or implementation. Although it is widely believed that decades of large investments in ICT and the growing digitalization of teaching and learning processes can benefit and favor the educational system at different academic levels and improve the quality and warmth of study in students.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn los últimos años, los avances tecnológicos han jugado un papel muy importante y transcendental en nuestra sociedad, así como en diferentes contextos educativos. El presente caso de estudio tiene como propósito determinar el impacto de las TIC para favorecer el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de los estudiantes que cursan el 4to año de educación general básica (EGB); la investigación se realizó bajo el enfoque de la investigación cualitativa, donde se emplearon instrumentos como, la observación directa y la entrevista a los docentes con la finalidad de determinar la manera cómo se puede beneficiar, adecuar, facilitar y optimizar el uso de las TICS en la educación, los cuales permitieron obtener información relevante ,adecuada e idónea de la problemática planteada. Los resultados de la presente investigación evidenciaron que, en los entornos de la educación, la adopción de las TIC a menudo se considera un desafío muy exigente que generalmente encuentra resistencia para su uso o implementación. Aunque se cree en gran medida que décadas de grandes inversiones en TIC y la creciente digitalización de los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje pueden beneficiar y favorecer al sistema educativo en diferentes niveles académicos y mejorar la calidad y calidez de estudio en los estudiantes.es_ES
