dc.descriptionThe present research work was carried out at the “Homero Villamil Bastidas” School located in the San Cristóbal parish of the Quevedo canton, through the study of literacy skills and their impact on the learning of second-year students of basic education in the modality Let's learn together at home seeks to establish the importance of reading and writing in the development of oral and written language of children. The teacher in this pandemic has had a difficult task because most of the homes have limited economic resources and do not have a fixed internet to connect to virtual classes using the official TEAM platform. The objective of the research was based on determining the importance of literacy using virtual platforms that work without the need for internet which have books, audiobooks and implementing literacy corners with the accompaniment of parents to correctly use the didactic materials. both physical and digital and thus to improve the existing incidence on learning in students of the second year of Basic Education of the School "Homero Villamil Bastidas" Through interviews and surveys, conducted with teachers and parents, it was diagnosed that the many Parents do not help their children to carry out literacy activities and therefore there were shortcomings in the learning process resulting in poor academic performance. In conclusion, it is necessary for teachers and parents to raise awareness about the importance of literacy in the learning of each of the students and thus have a positive impact on their development.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo investigativo se realizó en la Escuela “Homero Villamil Bastidas” ubicada en la parroquia San Cristóbal del cantón Quevedo, mediante el estudio de las destrezas de lectoescritura y su incidencia en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes de segundo año de educación básica en la modalidad aprendamos juntos en casa se busca instaurar la importancia de la lectura y escritura en el desarrollo del lenguaje oral y escrito de los niños. El docente en esta pandemia ha tenido una difícil tarea, debido a que la mayor parte de los hogares han presentado escasos recursos económicos y no cuentan con internet fijo, si contaran con este acceso podrían recibir clases virtuales, utilizando la plataforma oficial TEAM. El objetivo de la investigación, se basó en determinar la importancia de la lectoescritura utilizando plataformas virtuales que funcionen sin necesidad de internet; las cuales cuentan con libros, audiolibros e implementando rincones de lectura y escritura con el acompañamiento de los padres de familia, de esta manera emplear correctamente los materiales didácticos, tanto físicos y digitales, así mejorar la incidencia existente en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes del segundo año de Educación Básica de la Escuela “Homero Villamil Bastidas”. A través de entrevistas y encuestas realizadas a docentes y padres de familia se diagnosticó, que muchos padres no ayudan a sus hijos a realizar las actividades de lectoescritura y por esta razón se observó que existía dificultades en proceso aprendizaje, alcanzando como resultado un bajo rendimiento académico. Se puede concluir que, debido a la necesidad presentada de lectoescritura en los estudiantes, es necesario que los docentes y padres de familia concienticen, sobre la importancia de la lectura y escritura en el aprendizaje de cada uno de los alumnos y así tengan un impacto positivo en su formación.es_ES
