dc.description | The following research paper examines the impact that digital platforms have on the development of literacy skills, analyzing both their benefits and the challenges they entail in the learning process. With the growth of technology, tools such as e-books, interactive apps, and educational platforms have revolutionized the way students acquire reading and writing skills.
Using a mixed methodology that combines surveys, observations, and performance analysis, we investigate how the use of these tools affects students' reading comprehension, written production, and motivation. The results indicate that digital platforms can improve reading fluency, facilitate access to educational materials and stimulate creativity in writing. However, risks also emerge, such as distraction, decreased ability to concentrate, and an over-reliance on automatic corrections.
Finally, the study suggests strategies to effectively integrate digital platforms into literacy teaching, ensuring a balance between technology and traditional methods. It is concluded that, if used appropriately and with an appropriate pedagogical approach, these digital resources can enhance students' reading and writing skills. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El siguiente trabajo de investigación examina el impacto que tienen las plataformas digitales en el desarrollo de las habilidades de lectoescritura, analizando tanto sus beneficios como los desafíos que conllevan en el proceso de aprendizaje. Con el crecimiento de la tecnología, herramientas como los libros electrónicos, aplicaciones interactivas y plataformas educativas han revolucionado la forma en que los estudiantes adquieren habilidades en lectura y escritura.
Se aplico una metodología mixta, con un enfoque descvriptivo que permitio conocer las plataformas digitales en los entornos educativos tambien se aplico un diseño experimental que combina encuestas y entrevistas, con el tema que se investigo cómo el uso de estas herramientas afecta la comprensión lectora, la producción escrita y la motivación de los estudiantes. Los resultados indican que las plataformas digitales pueden mejorar la fluidez en la lectura, facilitar el acceso a materiales educativos y estimular la creatividad en la escritura. Sin embargo, también emergen riesgos, tales como la distracción, la disminución de la capacidad de concentración y una dependencia excesiva de las correcciones automáticas.
Por último, el estudio sugiere estrategias para integrar de manera efectiva las plataformas digitales en la enseñanza de la lectoescritura, asegurando un equilibrio entre la tecnología y los métodos tradicionales. Se concluye que, si se utilizan de forma adecuada y con un enfoque pedagógico apropiado, estos recursos digitales pueden potenciar las competencias lectoras y escritas de los estudiantes. | es_ES |
