dc.description | The discipline of political science did not originate in the abstract; rather, it emerged from the handling of other branches of thought from the social level and was thought of as a component of political philosophy, rights, and sociology. The main objective is to analyze the political communication strategies of the candidates for the assembly of the province of Los Ríos on social networks during the 2025 electoral process. The methodology to be studied is descriptive and correlational methods. The province of Los Ríos, which contains the population analyzed, has 898,652 inhabitants distributed between urban and rural areas, obtaining the sum of 167,553 young people from 16 to 25 years old, giving 19% of inhabitants in the province of Los Ríos. The sample to be obtained by formula is 384 people to be surveyed. Through the most popular social media platforms, Facebook and TikTok, there is a greater possibility that candidates who use dynamic and trend-appropriate audiovisual content can influence voter perceptions. They emphasize the need to invest in inclusive and diverse digital communication strategies to maximize political impact. In order to gain more attention and popularity, the study concluded how candidates for the National Assembly in the 2025 electoral process frequently use social media to reach their demographic groups of followers. El objetivo principal es Analizar las estrategias de comunicación política de los candidatos a asambleístas por la provincia de Los Ríos en las redes sociales durante el proceso electoral de 2025. La metodología a estudiar son los métodos descriptivos y correlacionales. La provincia de Los Ríos, que contiene la población analizada, cuenta con 898.652 habitantes distribuidos entre zonas urbanas y rurales, obteniendo la suma de 167.553 jóvenes de 16 a 25 años, dando un 19% de habitantes en la provincia de los Ríos. La muestra a obtener mediante fórmula es de 384 personas a encuestar. A través de las plataformas de redes sociales más populares, Facebook y TikTok, existe una mayor posibilidad de que los candidatos que utilizan contenido audiovisual dinámico y apropiado para las tendencias puedan influir en las percepciones de los votantes. Hacen hincapié en la necesidad de invertir en estrategias de comunicación digital inclusivas y diversas para maximizar el impacto político. Con el fin de ganar más atención y popularidad, el estudio concluyó cómo los candidatos a asambleístas por la provincia de Los Ríos en el proceso electoral de 2025 utilizan con frecuencia las redes sociales para llegar a sus grupos demográficos de seguidores.
