dc.description | Pedagogical management is very important because they are a set of strategies and practices that educators and school administrators implement to direct, organize and optimize the educational process, whether in the classroom or in the institution in general. Furthermore, pedagogical management seeks to improve the quality of student learning. Thus, the present study aims to identify the impact of pedagogical management on the learning of EGB students. The problem is relevant, because it will be known how pedagogical management impacts the learning of EGB students. Which will be adapted with education and social development, also with education based on competencies and projects. Therefore, this research will be carried out under the application of the quantitative and qualitative method, in addition to the descriptive type, which is developed with its respective analysis. The technique to be used will be the survey and the instrument that will be used in this section will be the questionnaire. Likewise, within the results it is established that there are indices of lack of pedagogical management, which is why these are important to implement for student learning. And it is concluded that pedagogical management is of utmost importance, since it allows students to have meaningful learning. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La gestión pedagógica, es muy importante porque son un conjunto de estrategias, acciones y prácticas que los educadores y administradores escolares implementan para dirigir, organizar y optimizar el proceso educativo, sea en el aula o en la institución en general. Además, la gestión pedagógica busca mejorar la calidad de aprendizaje de los estudiantes. Así el presente estudio tiene como objetivo identificar la repercusión de la gestión pedagógica en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes de EGB. La problemática tiene relevancia, porque se conoció cómo repercute la gestión pedagógica en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes de EGB. Lo cual se adaptó con la educación y desarrollo social, también con la educación basada en competencias y proyectos. Por lo cual esta investigación se realizó bajo la aplicación del método cuantitativo y cualitativo, además del tipo descriptivo, que se desarrollan con su respectivo análisis. Las técnicas a utilizar serán la encuesta y entrevista, y el instrumento que se usará en este apartado, será el cuestionario. De igual manera, dentro de los resultados se establece que existen índices de falta de gestión pedagógica, por lo cual estas, son importantes implementar para el aprendizaje de los estudiantes. Y se concluye que la gestión pedagógica, tiene suma importancia, puesto que permite a los estudiantes tener un aprendizaje significativo. | es_ES |
