dc.description | This research work investigates the relationship between psychology and pedagogy, which unites psych pedagogy, given that this is a discipline that studies people and their behaviors in the teaching-learning process of basic general education students. The purpose of this research is to identify the impact that psych pedagogy produces on academic performance, due to emotional lows such as; Stress, anxiety, demotivation, low self-esteem, lack of parental attention are factors that negatively affect and are reflected in the performance of the students of the 5th year of Basic General Education of the Camilo Ponce Parish, belonging to the province of Los Ríos- cantón Babahoyo, it should be emphasized that this affects both the school environment and the social environment. Through surveys conducted with students, in the development of this research, the background of psych pedagogy and its impact on academic performance are revealed. Through this research we hope to contribute positively, facilitating understanding and improvement in the teaching and learning processes, taking into account the specific educational needs that each of the students presents. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo de investigación se pudo indagar la relación de la psicología con la pedagogía, que da unión a la psicopedagogía, dado que esta es una disciplina que estudia a las personas y sus comportamientos en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de los estudiantes de la educación general básica. El propósito de la presente investigación fue identificar el impacto que produce la psicopedagogía en el rendimiento académico, debido a que los bajos emocionales tales como; el estrés, la ansiedad, la desmotivación, una baja autoestima, la desatención de los padres de familia son factores que afectan negativamente y se ve reflejado en el rendimiento de los estudiantes del 5to año de Educación General Básica de la Parroquia Camilo Ponce, perteneciente a la provincia de Los Ríos- cantón Babahoyo, cabe recalcar que esto afecta tanto en el ambiente escolar, como en lo social. Por medio de encuestas realizadas a los estudiantes, en el desarrollo de la presente investigación, se manifiestan los antecedentes de la psicopedagogía y su impacto en el rendimiento académico. Mediante la presente investigación esperamos aportar positivamente, facilitando la comprensión y mejora en los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje, teniendo en cuenta las necesidades educativas específicas que presente cada uno de los estudiantes. | es_ES |
