dc.descriptionThis case study is focused on motivational strategies applying collaborative learning within the educational process to activate teaching through teamwork and interaction with students, based on the interest of reducing difficulties and negative attitudes. The research was carried out with students of the 2nd year of the Simón Bolívar Millennium Educational Unit, a descriptive-explanatory documentary-bibliographic methodology was used, whose objective was to analyze the importance of motivational strategies and their contribution to collaborative learning in In the 2nd year students, an interview was conducted with teachers and parents, it was evidenced by means of an observation sheet the problem in the students who are unmotivated and limited to proposing ideas or sharing opinions critically, there is no harmonious coexistence between colleagues, teachers do not have pedagogical methods to motivate the student in collaborative learning, a theoretical and little practical teaching was evidenced, parents do not motivate their children in learning. It is concluded that a non-participative educational community is being created due to the constant routines of traditional planning that causes them to be disinterested in learning, leading to low achievement. It is necessary to develop collaborative learning through motivation so that students are participants in their learning, through practices of innovation and creativity in this way it is possible to raise the academic level of the student with favorable results.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio, está enfocado en las estrategias motivadoras aplicando el aprendizaje colaborativo dentro del proceso educativo para activar la enseñanza a través del trabajo en equipo y la interacción con estudiantes, partiendo del interés de disminuir las dificultades y actitudes negativas. La investigación se ejecutó con estudiantes del 2° año de la Unidad Educativa del Milenio Simón Bolívar, Parroquia Pimocha, se utilizó una metodología documental-bibliográfico, de tipo descriptivo – explicativo, cuyo objetivo fue analizar la importancia de las estrategias motivadoras y su aporte al aprendizaje colaborativo en los estudiantes del 2° año, se realizó entrevista a docentes y padres de familia, se evidencio mediante ficha de observación la problemática en los estudiantes quienes se muestra desmotivados y limitados a proponer ideas o compartir opiniones de forma crítica, no existe una convivencia armónica entre compañeros, los docentes no cuentan con métodos pedagógicos para motivar al estudiante en el aprendizaje colaborativo, se evidencio una enseñanza teórica y poco práctica, los padres no motivan a sus hijos en el aprendizaje. Se concluye que se está creando una comunidad educativa poco participativa debido a las constantes rutinas de una planificación tradicional que les provoca desinterés en aprender incidiendo en el bajo aprovechamiento. Es necesario desarrollar el aprendizaje colaborativo a través de la motivación para que los estudiantes sean partícipes de su aprendizaje.es_ES
