| dc.description.abstract | La convivencia escolar en cuanto a los conflictos que la afectan es un tema de la actualidad que concierne a todas las unidades educativas del país. Uno de los problemas más considerables que se está presentando En la escuela Morona Santiago de la Parroquia Pimocha, Cantón Babahoyo Provincia De Los Ríos son las conductas de indisciplina que se repiten con frecuencia generando conflictos dentro del aula de clases por parte de los estudiantes y que impiden los objetivos propuestos y el excelente aprendizaje. Por ello este trabajo es muy importante ya que tiene como objetivo determinar la estrategia para la resolución de conflictos causados por los estudiantes, atreves de este estudio se comprenderá la situación en el entorno cotidiano, con el fin de obtener la información necesaria que favorezca a la resolución de conflictos dentro del plantel educativo, por lo cual se realizó la respectiva entrevista y encuesta teniendo como resultado que el diseño en comunidades de aprendizaje como estrategias para resolver conflictos delos estudiantes, es lo que necesita la escuela para mejorar la educación y el aprendizaje | es_ES |
