dc.descriptionThis case study identifies learning environment strategies that motivate and improve the teaching and learning process in the area of social studies in third grade children at the General Basic School of the Emigdio Esparza Moreno Educational Unit. A quantitative and qualitative approach was applied, with a descriptive scope and a non-experimental design. The study population consisted of 25 students and the teacher of the area, to whom the survey and interview were applied as data collection techniques, respectively, and a questionnaire with closed questions was used as a tool with the support of the researcher. The results of the analysis show that the lack of a teaching method affects the motivation of the students. In addition, it is evident that one of the best practices to apply in teaching and learning environments is active and collaborative education with a constructivist approach. Likewise, it is assured that the strategy to complement the teaching spaces are the learning corners using techniques that are adapted to the space and time. Finally, it is recommended that pedagogical strategies should be implemented in the classroom in order to achieve an integral educational development.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn el presente estudio de caso se identificar estrategias de ambientes de aprendizaje que motiven y mejoren el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje en el área de estudios sociales en niños de tercer grado de la Unidad Educativa Emigdio Esparza Moreno. Se aplicó un enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo, con un alcance descriptivo y como diseño se emplea el no experimental. La población objeto de estudio son 25 estudiantes y el docente del área a quienes se les aplica como técnica de recolección de datos la encuesta y entrevista respectivamente, y como herramienta se utiliza el cuestionario con preguntas cerradas con apoyo del investigador. Los resultados de los análisis arrojan que la falta de un método de enseñanza afecta a la motivación de los estudiantes. Además, se evidencia que una de las mejores prácticas para aplicar en los ambientes de enseñanza y aprendizaje es la educación activa y colaborativa con un enfoque constructivista. Asimismo, se asegura que la estrategia para complementar los espacios de enseñanza son los rincones de aprendizaje utilizando técnicas que se adecuen al espacio y tiempo. Finalmente se recomienda que se deben implementar estrategias pedagógicas en el salón de clases con la finalidad de lograr un desarrollo integral educativo.es_ES
