dc.descriptionThe emotional skills to solve problems at an individual or group level, certain students show disinterest in classes. These bad emotions, reflecting deficiencies or voids within the emotional dimension, which also prevent them from developing critical thinking that is very necessary to face problems, make decisions, cultivate skills and abilities that allow them to achieve their goals and purposes in life. The present research work dominated emotional intelligence and its influence on the development of critical thinking of 7th year EGB students at the Juan E Verdesoto school, its general objective is to determine how emotional intelligence influences the development of critical thinking in students. 7th year EGB at the Juan E Verdesoto School. Being a case study, its development is based on a qualitative methodology, and through the bibliographic research technique that made it possible to find, through a very thorough search, all the information necessary to develop the two variables of the research topic. As a research instrument, the interview was used to provide information on certain questions that arise in relation to the topic, which consists of 5 questions aimed at the objectives of how emotional intelligence influences the development of critical thinking. This interview is aimed at the population of the Juan E Verdesoto school where two students and the teacher of the 7th year of EGB who are part of the aforementioned institution were chosen as a representative sample.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLas habilidades emocionales para solucionar problemas a nivel individual o grupal, ciertos estudiantes, muestran desinterés por las clases. Estas malas emociones, reflejan carencias o vacíos dentro de la dimensión emocional, que además les impide desarrollar un pensamiento crítico y muy necesario para enfrentar problemas, tomar decisiones, cultivar habilidades y capacidades que les permitan alcanzar sus metas y propósitos en la vida. El presente trabajo de investigación dominado inteligencia emocional y su influencia en el desarrollo del pensamiento crítico de los estudiantes de 7mo año EGB en la escuela juan E Verdesoto, tiene como objetivo general determinar como la inteligencia emocional influye en el desarrollo del pensamiento crítico en los estudiantes de 7mo año EGB en la Escuela Juan E Verdesoto. Al ser un estudio de caso su desarrollo se sustenta en una metodología cualitativa, y mediante la técnica de investigación bibliográfica que permitió encontrar a través de una búsqueda muy minuciosa toda la información necesaria para desarrollar las dos variables del tema de investigación. Como instrumento de investigación se utilizó la entrevista para obtener información sobre ciertas interrogantes que se tienen en relación al tema que consta de 5 preguntas direccionadas en los objetivos como influye la inteligencia emocional en el desarrollo del pensamiento crítico. Dicha entrevista está dirigida a la población de la escuela Juan E Verdesoto donde se escogió como muestra representativa a dos estudiantes y al docente del 7mo año de EGB que forman parte de la institución mencionada anteriormente.es_ES
