This technique allows children to question and investigate the reasons for everything around them. Reading has a lot of influence on people's learning, such as enriching vocabulary with totally new words that have never even been heard before, better understanding things that happen, and creating skills to improve communication. There are studies that indicate that reading daily for at least one hour improves the quality of sleep and reduces stress levels, which is why the present case study called Reading techniques and their influence on the performance of 3rd year EGB students of the 13 de Abril Educational Unit, Ventanas canton, Los Ríos, period 2023, the general objective is to determine the influence of reading techniques on the performance of 3rd year EGB students of the 13 de Abril Educational Unit, Ventanas canton, Los Ríos, period 2023. Because it is a case study, it required a qualitative research methodology in order to collect information based on the experiences, perspectives and ideas of the interviewees. The research techniques used in this work to collect relevant information related to the problem are bibliographic research because a search was carried out based on scientific articles, theses, repositories from several universities to develop the dimensions according to the two variables. about the topic. And as a research instrument, the interview was used, allowing very valuable information to be collected about the problem being investigated. This interview is developed around 5 questions where two students and two teachers who teach in the 3rd year of EGB were chosen as a representative sample.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa técnica de lectura permite que el niño se adapte a su contexto social facilitándole entender los textos con los que interactúa y utiliza durante su etapa de aprendizaje siendo un factor preponderante en la adquisición de conocimientos. Esta técnica permite que los niños se cuestionen e indaguen el porqué de todo lo que le rodea. La lectura tiene mucha influencia en el aprendizaje de las personas como enriquecer el vocabulario con palabras totalmente nuevas y que incluso nunca se las había escuchado, comprender mejor las cosas que suceden y crear habilidades para mejorar la comunicación. Existen estudios que señalan que leer diariamente por lo menos una hora mejora la calidad del sueño y reduce los niveles de estrés por lo cual el presente estudio de caso denominado Las técnicas de lectura y su influencia en el rendimiento de los estudiantes de 3ro año de EGB de la Unidad Educativa 13 de Abril, cantón Ventanas, Los Ríos, periodo 2023 tiene como objetivo general determinar la influencia de las técnicas de lectura en el rendimiento de los estudiantes de 3ro año de EGB de la Unidad Educativa 13 de Abril, cantón Ventanas, Los Ríos, periodo 2023. Por ser un estudio de caso requirió una metodología de investigación cualitativa con el fin de recabar información basada en experiencias, perspectivas e ideas de los entrevistados. Las técnicas de investigación que se utilizó en este trabajo para recolectar información relevante relacionada a la problemática son la investigación bibliográfica debido a que se hizo una búsqueda en base a artículos científicos, tesis, repositorios de varias universidades para desarrollar las dimensiones acordes a las dos variables del tema. Y como instrumento de investigación se usó la entrevista permitiendo recolectar información muy valiosa sobre la problemática que se está investigando. Esta entrevista se desarrolla en torno a 5 preguntas donde se escogió como muestra representativa dos estudiantes y dos docentes que imparten clases en el 3er año de EGB.es_ES
