dc.descriptionVirtual methodological strategies allow stimulating the teaching-learning process through the use of technological tools or resources; therefore, they become an innovative and interactive resource for the construction of knowledge. However, its use is limited when there is no mastery of technological tools or lack of effort and initiative to establish innovative strategies that can be developed through virtual environments. Therefore, the research aims to determine the virtual methodological strategies and their influence on the teaching-learning process in the area of Language and Literature at EEB "Octavio Gerardo Icaza"; For which a methodology conformed with the types of descriptive, exploratory and explanatory research was used, while the methods were deductive and inductive; sustained through the application of a survey as a technique; the same one that was directed to the teaching staff. The results of the investigation determined that teachers have problems related to the management of basic functions of information technology; furthermore, they do not prioritize the implementation of new methodological strategies that significantly influence the teaching-learning process in the area of Language and Literature. Another of the identified findings is related to teaching planning; because it does not fit the educational needs and current context of education. Through the statistical tests used, it was determined that there is a strong correlation between the variables raised in the study; since the Pearson statistic was 0.785.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLas estrategias metodológicas virtuales permiten estimular el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje mediante el uso de herramientas o recursos tecnológicos; por lo tanto, se convierten en un recurso innovador e interactivo para la construcción de conocimientos. Sin embargo, su aprovechamiento es limitado cuando no existe el dominio de las herramientas tecnológicas o falta de esfuerzo e iniciativa para el establecimiento de estrategias innovadoras que puedan desarrollarse a través de entornos virtuales. Por lo tanto, la investigación tiene como objetivo determinar las estrategias metodológicas virtuales y su influencia en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en el área de Lengua y Literatura de la EEB “Octavio Gerardo Icaza”; para lo cual se empleó una metodología conformada con los tipos de investigación descriptiva, exploratoria y explicativa, mientras que los métodos fueron el deductivo e inductivo; sustentados a través de la aplicación de una encuesta como técnica; la misma que estuvo dirigida al personal docente. Los resultados de la investigación determinaron que los maestros poseen inconvenientes relacionados al manejo de funciones básicas de las tecnologías de información; además, no priorizan la implementación de nuevas estrategias metodológicas que influyan de manera significativa en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje del área de Lengua y Literatura. Otro de los hallazgos identificados está relacionado con la planificación docente; debido a que no se ajusta a las necesidades educativas y contexto actual de la educación. Mediante las pruebas estadísticas empleadas, se determinó que existe una fuerte correlación entre las variables planteadas en el estudio; puesto que el estadístico de Pearson fue de 0.785.es_ES
