As a main objective, this thesis proposes strategies on different platforms, for example TikTok, YouTube and Facebook. Using a mixed, qualitative, and quantitative methodology as it analyzes the influences of different content and listener preferences. It culminates with loyalty since it depends on the quality of the content, the frequency of publication and the ability to generate emotions, it also suggests adapting the formats, striking narratives that allow it to be exposed for advertising. dc.description.abstractEste documento aborda la importancia de contenido de podcasts audiovisuales para lograr la fidelidad de las audiencias digitales, tomando como contexto principal la ciudad de Babahoyo, Ecuador. Como objetivo principal esta tesis propone las estrategias en diferentes plataformas en ejemplo TikTok, YouTube y Facebook. Utilizando una metodología mixta, cualitativo y cuantitativa ya que analiza las influencias de diferentes contenidos y las preferencias del oyente. Se culmina con la fidelización ya que depende de la calidad del contenido, la frecuencia de publicación y la capacidad de generar emociones, además sugiere adaptar los formatos, narrativas llamativas que se permitan exponerla para publicidad.
