This study examined how this file management system potentially contributes to improving academic training by providing a shared space to store and manage documents, facilitating access to feedback resources, and facilitating more fluid communication between students. The study begins with a theoretical vision of active learning and the use of digital technologies in education, highlighting its benefits and challenges. Then, the methods used to collect and analyze data are described in detail, delving into the importance of student participation and the supportive role of teachers. In addition, the organizational manner of the schoolchildren was known, which generally affects their academic performance; it was also possible to explore the perception that teachers have with the use of this program. Finally, the research offers necessary recommendations to implement this cloud storage service successfully in other educational contexts, demonstrating the need for continuous training of educators and their learners on how to use technology in their school activities.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEste proyecto analiza el aporte de Dropbox en el aprendizaje colaborativo de los estudiantes de bachillerato técnico de la Unidad Educativa Ventanas, durante el periodo académico abril - agosto 2024, mediante los métodos cualitativos y cuantitativos se realizaron entrevistas y encuestas a colegiales y docentes para evaluar si el uso de esta plataforma tecnológica permite el aporte y el intercambio de información para gestionar proyectos. Este estudio examinó como este sistema de gestión de archivos contribuye potencialmente a mejorar la formación académica al proporcionar un espacio compartido para almacenar y administrar documentos, facilitar el acceso a recursos de retroalimentación y facilitar una comunicación más fluida entre los escolares. El estudio comienza con una visión teórica del aprendizaje activo y el uso de tecnologías digitales en la educación, destacando sus beneficios y desafíos. Luego, se describen en detalles los métodos utilizados para recopilar y analizar datos, profundizando la importancia de la participación de los educandos y el papel de apoyo de los profesores. Además, se conoció la manera organizativa de los escolares, lo que incide generalmente en su rendimiento académico, también se pudo explorar la percepción que tienen los docentes con el uso de este programa. Finalmente, la indagación ofrece recomendaciones necesarias para implementar este servicio de almacenamiento en la nube con éxito en otros contextos educativos, demostrando la necesidad de una formación continua de los educadores y sus aprendices sobre cómo utilizar la tecnología en sus actividades escolares.es_ES
