dc.description | This project analyzed the contribution of Mendeley in the teaching-learning process of the Baccalaureate in Sciences students of the morning section of the Eugenio Espejo Educational Unit, academic period April-August 2024 in the city of Babahoyo - Ecuador, through the mixed approach Surveys of schoolchildren and a documentary review were carried out to evaluate the use of this bibliographic manager, and to know how it facilitates access to the management of academic information, thus improving inquiry skills and inducing collaboration between educators and students. The results of this study provided relevant information about the influence of this program on training, as well as recommendations for its effective implementation in educational contexts. The study began with a theoretical vision about the history of this platform, its functional characteristics, the impact that this system has had on school performance, and its benefits-challenges as such. The methods used to collect and analyze data were then described in detail, emphasizing the importance of learner participation and the supportive role of teachers.
Finally, the research offered practical recommendations to execute this bibliographic manager successfully in other educational contexts, demonstrating the interest in continuous training of educators and their students on how to use technology in their school tasks and the need to develop these new pedagogies by educational environment to regenerate learning. | es_ES |
