dc.descriptionThe purpose of this study lies in the contribution of scratch as a didactic tool in the teaching and learning process of high school students, computer specialization at the Aguirre Abad Educational Unit, this research focuses on knowing how this programming language, known by Its ease of use and interactivity in the creation of teaching resources can improve students' understanding and retention of content, thus promoting creativity and active participation in the classroom. The estimated population for this research project was 700, taking a sample of 120 students and 36 teachers belonging to the computer science specialization high school. The type of research was descriptive with a mixed approach, for this research the survey technique was used in which a questionnaire of 1st questions with multiple choice and observation was carried out to provide us with reliable and concrete data on the behavior of the phenomenon of study to reach a deeper and more objective understanding of the topic of study. It is concluded that the use of scratch in teaching and learning improves computer skills, but also strengthens transversal skills such as teamwork and communication on the part of the teacher and student.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl propósito de este estudio radica en el aporte de scratch como herramienta didáctica en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje de los estudiantes de bachillerato, especialización informática en la Unidad Educativa Aguirre Abad, esta investigación se enfoca en conocer como este lenguaje de programación, conocido por su facilidad de uso e interactividad en la creación de recursos didáctico, puede mejorar la comprensión y retención de contenidos por parte de los estudiantes, así fomentar la creatividad y participación activa en el aula de clases. La población estimada para este proyecto de investigación fue de 700 tomando una muestra de 120 estudiantes y 36 docentes pertenecientes al bachillerato especialización informática. El tipo de investigación fue descriptiva con un enfoque mixto, para esta investigación se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta en la que se realizo un cuestionario de 1o preguntas con opción múltiple y la observación que nos proporcionara datos fiables y concretos sobre el comportamiento del fenómeno de estudio para llegar a una comprensión mas profunda y objetiva del tema de estudio. Se concluye que el uso de scratch en la enseñanza y aprendizaje mejora las habilidades informáticas, sino que también fortalece competencias transversales como el trabajo en equipo y la comunicación por parte del docente y estudiantees_ES
