dc.descriptionVocational guidance programs are a relevant topic for students who are about to complete high school, since it will be important because it will significantly influence academic decisions in the future and they will be able to defend themselves in the educational field and in the world of work. This research aims to determine the incidence of vocational guidance programs on academic decisions in 10th year EGB students of the Juan E. Verdesoto Educational Unit, Academic Period 2024-2025. In this case, the quantitative approach was based on the collection of (registered) data that will allow an understanding and interpretation of the study. The survey is a tool used to obtain information and opinions from a group of people on a specific topic. The questionnaire consists of a series of questions that allows the researcher to obtain real data on the topic of study, so the students and teachers of the ´´Juan E. Verdesoto´´ Educational Unit must answer said questionnaire. The use of these programs will allow students to find their own vocation in the institutions and will help in the personal development of each student. Finally, these programs ensure a constant improvement in positivity since these vocational guidance programs will promote comprehensive support and personal development of students, this also helps students make accurate and informed academic decisions.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLos programas de orientación vocacional, es un tema relevante para los estudiantes que están por cursar el bachillerato, puesto que será importante porque influirá significativamente en las decisiones académicas en el futuro y se podrán defender en el ámbito educativo y en el mundo laboral. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la incidencia de los programas de orientación vocacional en las decisiones académicas en estudiantes de 10mo año egb de la Unidad Educativa Juan E. Verdesoto, Período Académico 2024-2025. En este caso, el enfoque cuantitativo se basó en la recopilación de datos (registrados) que va a permitir una comprensión e interpretación del estudio. La encuesta es una herramienta que se utiliza para la obtención de información y las opiniones del grupo de personas sobre un tema específico. El cuestionario consta de una serie de preguntas que permitió al investigador obtener datos reales sobre el tema de estudio, por lo que los estudiantes y docentes de la Unidad Educativa ´´Juan E. Verdesoto´´ deberán responder dicho cuestionario. El uso de estos programas les permitirá a los estudiantes encontrar su propia vocación en las instituciones y ayudará en el desarrollo personal de cada alumno. Finalmente, estos programas aseguran una mejora constante en el positivismo ya que estos programas de orientación vocacional van a promover el apoyo integral y el desarrollo personal de los estudiantes, esto también ayuda a que los estudiantes tomen decisiones académicas acertadas e informadas.es_ES
