dc.description | In the development of this research "Analysis of the use of ginger (Zingiber officinale) as a nutritional supplement to ensure intestinal health of broiler chickens." Poultry production is one of the main activities in the livestock sector in the world and is also one of the most profitable, while ginger is one of the most important spices in the world for its beneficial components for health, improving digestion, stimulating the immune system and reducing stress. Its objective is to analyze the use of ginger (Zingiber officinale) as a nutritional supplement to ensure intestinal health of broiler chickens. In its methodology, information was gathered from current documents such as research articles, virtual libraries, magazines, blogs and websites to help present the opinions and ideas of the actors that allow research developments. As for the result due to its composition, it has multiple benefits, acting as an anti-inflammatory, anti-stress, antibacterial, with its active ingredients it is possible to obtain better profitability in production, as well as a better development in its carcass performance, the implementation of this product provides positive effects on the health of broiler chickens and due to this, poultry production will grow. It is concluded as follows, ginger has components to reduce heat stress, avoiding high mortality rates and provides various benefits, such as healing wounds, improving appetite, preventing the presence of diseases, achieving efficient poultry production. | es_ES |
