dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de la investigación general se enfocó en Analizar la incidencia de las estrategias comunicacional de la empresa en relación en el desempeño y motivación laboral en la empresa Esika perteneciente al Cantón Puebloviejo provincia de los Ríos, la investigación es de tipo descriptiva bajo un diseño No experimental en función de los métodos inductivo y deductivo, la población y la muestra estuvo conformada por 30 trabajadores y el gerente de la empresa de belleza Esika, se aplicó las siguientes técnicas de recolección de datos de acuerdo a cada variable del estudio, por lo cual se utilizó la encuesta y sus instrumentos se conformó de un cuestionario de preguntas de opción múltiple, los cuales se establecieron para ser sometidas a un analizada y llevadas a un reporte estadístico mediante la elaboración de gráficos que visualicen los resultados obtenidos.
