| dc.description | This research work is based on the information gathered from the theoretical references published on the media and the impact on the management carried out by the GADs of the province of Los Ríos. The general objective is to determine the impact of the media on the management carried out by the GADs of the province of Los Ríos, for this it is necessary to know the incidence of collaborative actions by any media in each of the cantonal institutions. The research was developed with a qualitative research approach that allowed collecting, analyzing and consolidating the research in a qualitative way, thus reaching a level of exploratory inquiry. The present topic is approached since it presents an innovative character of descriptive type that allows working on the reality of a study and an existing problem. The results of the study reflected that the media have a direct influence on the evidence of the work done in the decentralized autonomous governments of the province of Los Rios, the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador manages the public administration that must contribute to a service to the community governed by the principles of effectiveness, efficiency, quality, hierarchy, planning and transparency; a process that must be evidenced by the community and the people of the province of Los Rios. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo investigativo tiene bases en la información recabada de los referentes teóricos publicados sobre los medios de comunicación y el impacto en la gestión realizada por los GAD de la provincia de los ríos, planteando como objetivo general determinar el impacto de los medios de comunicación en la gestión realizada por los GAD de la provincia de los ríos, para esto es necesario conocer la incidencia de las acciones colaborativas por parte de cualquier medio de comunicación en cada una de las instituciones cantonales. La investigación se desarrolló con un enfoque de investigación cualitativa que permitió recopilar, analizar y consolidar la investigación de manera cualitativa alcanzando así un nivel de indagación exploratoria, el presente tema es abordado ya que presenta un carácter innovador de tipo descriptivo que permite trabajar sobre la realidad de un estudio y una problemática existente. Los resultados del estudio reflejaron que los medios de comunicación influyen de manera directa en la evidencia de los trabajos realizados en los gobiernos autónomos descentralizados de la provincia de los ríos, la Constitución de la República del ecuador gestiona la administración pública que debe contribuir a un servicio a la colectividad regida por los principios de eficacia, eficiencia, calidad, jerarquía, planificación y transparencia; proceso que debe ser evidenciado por la comunidad y el pueblo de la provincia de los Ríos. | es_ES |
