Creativity is the skill that benefits the child from an early age, to give solutions from different perspectives, these can be reflective and autonomous, which facilitates the acquisition of new knowledge, from the educational perspective, the teacher must contribute to the development of the same, through methodology or pedagogical strategies that facilitate the teaching-learning process, since this is the constant dynamic between the teacher and the student, in Ecuador it is a reality that the educational system needs to implement and apply strategies and methodology for the educational development of students, if action is not taken, the current situation may have an impact on the behavior of children causing conflicts with their parents, teachers, peers, lower academic performance and even drop out of school, for Therefore, it is important to know how creativity affects the teaching and learning process. The objective of this case study is to determine the incidence of creativity in the teaching and learning process of initial students in the Francisco Huerta Rendón Educational Unit, Babahoyo Canton, Los Ríos Province, in order to be able to meet the objective , it was necessary to carry out the research through the quantitative approach, with descriptive and analytical methods, with a non-experimental type of design, in addition to the collection of information it was necessary to use sampling techniques for convenience, observation, documentary research and survey. Regarding the population, 1 rector, 5 teachers, 50 parents of initial 1 and 107 parents of initial 2 were chosen, resulting in a total of 163 people, of whom by means of the sampling formula with finite population , it was possible to delimit the sample to 90 people, having as results that there is a need on the part of the sample in relation to creativity as a fundamental part of the teaching-learning process, concluding that there was congruence with the theory and the case, in addition to that the general objective was achieved.es_ES
