dc.descriptionIn this research work, the purpose is to determine the influence of technological training on teachers in times of pandemic in the Replica Eugenio Espejo Educational Unit in the 2021-2022 school year. The problem raised refers to the difficulties of teachers at moderate levels on the management of technology applied in the virtual classroom, therefore, this situation is worrying, given the demand that teachers develop classes online. In the methodological part, the research design is non-experimental, based on a qualitative approach oriented to a descriptive research level, in the data collection the survey technique was used through the online questionnaire generated in google drive, for it 19 teachers were surveyed; In addition, the frequency tables and pie charts created in Microsoft Excel were applied. Obtaining as a conclusion that the application of ICT is promoting teaching, this situation indicates that the contribution of online technology in classroom processes, which motivates students by teachers in the fulfillment of school tasks and that technological knowledge is fostering better learning of technological tools in education.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo de investigación la finalidad es Determinar la influencia de la capacitación tecnológica en los docentes en tiempos de pandemia en la Unidad Educativa Replica Eugenio Espejo en el periodo lectivo 2021-2022. La problemática planteada se refiere a las dificultades de los docentes en niveles moderados sobre el manejo de la tecnología aplicada en el aula de clases virtuales, por lo tanto, es preocupante esta situación, ante la exigencia de que los docentes desarrollen las clases en línea. En la parte metodológica el diseño de investigación es no experimental, basado en un enfoque cualitativo orientado a un nivel de investigación descriptiva, en la recolección de datos se utilizado la técnica de la encuesta por medio del cuestionario en línea generado en google drive, para ello se encuesto a 19 docentes; además se aplico las tablas de frecuencia y los gráficos tipo pastel creados en Microsoft Excel. Obteniendo como conclusión que la aplicación de las TIC está fomentando la enseñanza, esta situación nos indica que la contribución de la tecnología online en los procesos de aula, lo cual motiva a los estudiantes por parte de los docentes en el cumplimiento de las tareas escolares y que el conocimiento tecnológico está fomentando un mejor aprendizaje de las herramientas tecnológicas en la educación.es_ES
