dc.descriptionThe present investigation is part of the existing problem which consists of not giving due importance to nutrition as an influential factor in the psychomotor development of children and girls from 1 to 3 years old. Once this problematic is detected, which is a task to be solved not only for the family system, but also for the educational system, and whereas the studies realize that, from the same maternal belly, children and girls are developed in a way integrated the food they receive. This continues throughout the 1st years of life, and they are key to the harmonic evolution of infants. We based this research on the appropriate theoretical support, which serves as an input for directors, teachers, parents of the family, in order that they comply with the task of ensuring that boys and girls receive a healthy food, with alcohol food psychomotor development.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación parte de la problemática existente que consiste en no darle la debida importancia a la nutrición como factor influyente en el desarrollo psicomotor de niños y niñas de 1 a 3 años. Una vez detectada esta problemática que es tarea a resolverse no solo para el sistema familiar, sino también para el sistema educativo, y siendo que los estudios dan cuenta que, desde el mismo vientre materno, niños y niñas se desarrollan de modo integral como producto de la alimentación que reciben. Esta continúa a lo largo de los primeros años de vida, y son clave para la evolución armónica de los infantes. Fundamentamos esta investigación en el sustento teórico apropiado, que sirve como insumo a directivos, docentes, padres de familia, a fin de que cumplan a cabalidad la tarea de asegurarse que niños y niñas reciban una alimentación sana, con cuyos nutrientes, ellos alcancen el debido desarrollo psicomotriz.es_ES
