dc.description	This project was carried out to learn how motivation influences the teaching and learning process in students in the area of language literature. The research carried out determined that the project has the scope necessary for its execution the series of questions asked in the survey and the Interviews with teachers and students show that there is no motivation to learn language and most students believe that techniques should be applied to motivate them to learn more about this subject because during the development of classes in this area the teaching is monotonous and in certain cases it becomes boring and we call attention to learn more but know the importance that it has. For the elaboration of the guide, each technique was taken into account with a specific objective that is expected to be achieved with a proposal that contains various tools that promote mental agility, verbal, creativity, word play motivating learning in a fun way so that the student knows the importance of the subject and that it is not difficult at all and that he can develop efficiently with excellent results.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto fue efectuado para conocer como la motivación influye en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje en los estudiantes en el área de lengua literatura. La investigación realizada determino que el proyecto tiene el alcance necesario para su ejecución la serie preguntas realizadas en la encuesta y la entrevistas a docentes y estudiantes demuestran que no existe la motivación necesaria para aprender lengua y literatura la mayoría de los estudiantes consideran que se debe aplicar técnicas que los motiven a aprender más sobre esta asignatura pues durante el desarrollo de clases en esta área la enseñanza es monótona y en ciertos casos se torna aburrida y nos les llama la atención por aprender más aunque conocen la importancia que esta tiene. Para la elaboración de la guía se tomó en cuenta cada técnica con un objetivo específico que se espera lograr con una propuesta que contiene diversas herramientas que promueven la agilidad mental, verbal, la creatividad, juego de palabra motivando al aprendizaje de una manera divertida para que el estudiante conozca la importancia de la asignatura y que no es para nada difícil y que puede desarrollar de manera eficiente con excelentes resultados.	es_ES
