dc.descriptionThe teaching practice is the set of actions carried out by the pedagogue, with the purpose of generating a significant learning in the student and at the same time contributing to the improvement of the educational quality. The purpose of this research is to analyze the teaching practice and its impact on the educational quality of students in the Carlos Alberto Aguirre Avilés Millennium Educational Unit. For data collection, the mixed instigation approach was applied, through descriptive, explanatory and exploratory types of research together with the field research design; by means of the survey technique carried out to the students of 3rd year of EGB and the interview carried out to a teacher of the educational institution. In addition, the calculation of the relationship between the dependent and independent variables is shown, as well as the hipótesis testing. This research concludes by showing that the teaching practice affects the educational quality of the students of the Millennium Unit Carlos Alberto Aguirre Avilés, the performance of the teacher must be masterful, in order to conceive a meaningful learning, capture the interest of the students and meet their needs, this result can be reached if the teacher maintains a continuous training in their knowledge allowing innovation in the classroom.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa práctica docente es el conjunto de acciones realizadas por el pedagogo, con el fin de generar un aprendizaje significativo en el estudiante y al mismo tiempo contribuyendo a la mejora de la calidad educativa. La finalidad de esta investigación es analizar la práctica docente y su incidencia en la calidad educativa de los estudiantes en la unidad Educativa del Milenio Carlos Alberto Aguirre Avilés. Para la recopilación de datos se aplicó el enfoque de instigación mixto, mediante los tipos de investigación descriptiva, explicativa y exploratoria junto con el diseño de investigación de campo; mediante la técnica de encuesta realizada a los estudiantes de 3ro año de EGB y la entrevista realizada a una docente de la institución educativa. Además, se muestra el cálculo de la relación entre las variables dependiente e independiente, así como la comprobación de hipótesis. Esta investigación concluye mostrando que la practica docente incide en la calidad educativa de los estudiantes de la Unidad del Milenio Carlos Alberto Aguirre Avilés, el desempeño del docente debe ser magistral, con el fin de concebir un aprendizaje significado, captar el interés de los estudiantes y cubrir sus necesidades, se puede llegar a este resultado si el docente mantiene una formación continua en sus conocimientos permitiendo innovar dentro del aula.es_ES
