dc.descriptionThe main purpose of this study is to design motivational strategies and their impact on class attention in students from the Carlos Alberto Aguirre Avilés UE, La Unión. To achieve this, the following specific objectives are proposed: Diagnose the use of motivational strategies used by the teacher to improve attention in class, establish the relationship between learning and the motivation that students have in the classroom and design a technical guide. motivational strategies to improve student learning. The proposal, with motivational strategies to promote motivation and good attention in classes in the teaching process of the educational institution. The research is situated under a qualitative and quantitative paradigm which is supported by a viable project model. For this, 40 primary education students from the educational institution were selected as a population, the sample was made up of the same 40 students who were part of the object, and in the case of a survey-type sample, the information collected by the application of the data tool was carried out the applications of Excel and SPSS. Interpret and analyze it, and give the corresponding conclusions and research suggestions. Knowing that knowledge is valid, that it defines what it is, is the function it has in current education is an important path, that is why it is important to think about training and the way in which the new generation is carried out, because it will benefit to students, to teachers, to the institution as a whole, including the educational community.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl propósito principal de este estudio es diseñar Estrategias motivacionales y su impacto en la atención en clases en los estudiantes de la UE Carlos Alberto Aguirre Avilés, La Unión. Para lograrlo, se proponen los siguientes objetivos específicos: Diagnosticar el uso de las estrategias motivacionales que utiliza el docente para mejorar la atención en clases, establecer la relación entre el aprendizaje y la motivación que tienen los estudiantes en el aula y diseñar una guía de técnicas motivacionales para mejorar el aprendizaje en los estudiantes. La propuesta, con estrategias motivacionales para promover la motivación y una buena atención en clases en el proceso de enseñanza de la institución educativa. La investigación se sitúa bajo un paradigma cualitativo y cuantitativo el cual se apoya en un modelo de proyecto viable. Para ello se seleccionó a 40 estudiantes de educación primaria de la institución educativa como población, la muestra estuvo conformada por los mismos 40 estudiantes que formaron parte del objeto, y en el caso de una muestra tipo encuesta, la información recolectada por la aplicación de la herramienta de datos se llevó a cabo las aplicaciones de Excel y SPSS. Interpretarlo y analizarlo, y dar las conclusiones y sugerencias de investigación correspondientes. Saber que el conocimiento es válido, que define lo que es, es la función que tiene en la educación actual es un camino importante, por eso es importante pensar en la formación y la forma en que se lleva a cabo la nueva generación, porque beneficiará a los estudiantes, a los docentes, a la institución en su conjunto, incluida la comunidad educativa.es_ES
