dc.descriptionIn the present work, the role of parents in the learning process of the students of the Isidro Ayora School was analyzed because it was detected that there was currently no effective participation on their part, reflecting this in the level of learning. of their children and their grades, an issue that was worrisome for the teachers of said institution. As a first point, the causes of the low school performance of the students were identified as a result of this analysis, it was evidenced that the scarce accompaniment of the parents in the tasks of their children influences both the grades and their motivation to study and this made the work difficult. of the teachers since there was no teamwork to ensure that the students reach the necessary knowledge. It is important to bear in mind that the acquisition of knowledge not only occurs in institutions, but it is the job of parents to be aware of their children's education and thus be able to resolve any doubts that arise along the way, all this in conjunction with the help of the teacher, therefore, having a good teacher-parent-student communication is essential to be successful.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo se analizó el rol de los padres de familia en el proceso de aprendizaje de los estudiantes de la Escuela Isidro Ayora debido a que se detectó que actualmente no había una participación efectiva por parte de los mismos reflejándose esto en el nivel de aprendizaje de sus hijos y en sus calificaciones, un tema que era preocupante para los docentes de dicha institución. Como primer punto se identificó las causas del bajo rendimiento escolar de los estudiantes como resultado de este análisis se evidencio que el escaso acompañamiento de los padres en las tareas de sus hijos influía tanto en las calificaciones como en su motivación para estudiar y esto dificultaba la labor de los docentes ya que no había un trabajo en equipo para lograr que los estudiantes alcancen los conocimientos necesarios. Es importante tener en cuenta que la adquisición de conocimientos no solo se da en las instituciones, sino que es trabajo de los padres estar pendientes de la educación de sus hijos y así poder resolver las dudas que se presenten en el camino todo esto en conjunto con la ayuda del docente por lo cual tener una buena comunicación docente-padre de familia es fundamental para tener éxito.es_ES
