dc.description	The teaching - learning process in educational institutions entails, among others, a social process of construction of knowledge by teachers and students. They interact by teaching and learning from the different subjects proposed by the curriculum for the different levels of education. In this sense, a good teaching-learning process in any domain of knowledge, energized by teachers, must be promoted by the motivation or need to carry out the entrusted activities. Under this consideration it is necessary to determine the influence of attention to reading in the development of the teaching-learning process, for which the case study is carried out, where it is applied to a student with a greater presence of attention deficit for reading. of some that exist in the Maria Andrea Educational Unit of the city of Babahoyo, Province of Los Ríos, with the exploratory method that offers a first approach to the problem that is intended to be investigated and known. It is done to know the topic that will be addressed, which allows us to "familiarize" ourselves with something that until now was unknown. Applying techniques such as the interview, formally with semi-structured questions for the teacher, which aims to obtain information regarding behavior, affinity for reading and academic performance of the student, concluding that students in the study have difficulty attending to the reading, they are motivated very little by the readings that the same one selected previously, besides it presents / displays hyperactivity during the development of its scholastic activities.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje en las instituciones educativas conllevan, entre otros, un proceso social de construcción de conocimientos por parte de docentes y estudiantes. Los mismos interactúan enseñando y aprendiendo de las diferentes asignaturas que propone el currículo para los distintos niveles de educación. En este sentido, un buen proceso de enseñanza- aprendizaje en cualquier dominio del saber, dinamizado por los maestros, debe estar promovido por la motivación o necesidad para realizar las actividades encomendadas. Bajo esta consideración se hace necesario determinar la influencia de la atención a la lectura en el desarrollo del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, para lo cual se realiza el estudio de caso , donde se aplica a un estudiante con mayor presencia de déficit de atención para la lectura de algunos que existen en la Unidad Educativa María Andrea de la ciudad de Babahoyo, Provincia de Los Ríos, con el método exploratorio que ofrece un primer acercamiento al problema que se pretende investigar y conocer. Se realiza para conocer el tema que se abordará, lo que permita “familiarizarnos” con algo que hasta el momento se desconocía. Aplicándose técnicas como la entrevista, de manera formal con preguntas semi estructuradas destinadas al docente, la misma que tiene como finalidad obtener la información referente al comportamiento, afinidad por la lectura y rendimiento académico del estudiante, concluyéndose que los estudiantes en estudio presenta dificultad de atención a la lectura, se motivan muy poco por las lecturas que el mismo selecciono previamente, además presenta hiperactividad durante el desarrollo de sus actividades escolares.	es_ES
