The general objective of this research is to determine the impact that family problems have on the learning development of children in early education at the Emigdio Esparza Moreno Educational Unit. This objective focuses on understanding how family problems can affect the cognitive, emotional and social development of children, and how educators can intervene to mitigate these effects and provide support to families. The issue addressed was the negative influence that family conflict, domestic violence, neglect and lack of emotional support have on children's academic performance and well-being. The methodology used was a mixed approach, combining qualitative and quantitative aspects. The results showed that family problems, such as conflicts between parents, had a significant impact on the learning development of preschool children, who presented greater difficulties in areas such as concentration, motivation, socialization and academic performance. The most relevant conclusions indicated that it was essential to address family problems in a comprehensive manner, providing support and accompaniment to families in order to improve the environment in which children developed and to promote more effective learning and comprehensive development of early education students.es_ES
