dc.descriptionThis paper presents the results of a study aimed at creating a recreational activities guide aimed at developing the social-emotional skills of students at the “Juan E. Verdezoto, Canton Babahoyo” Elementary School “Primary Education II”. The study was conducted using qualitative methods, collecting information through observations and interviews. There are a total of 60 children in early childhood education and 2 teachers, including a sample of 20 children, 10 from each class. A recreation guide was created to help teachers develop social-emotional skills through recreation. Through this study, it was possible to understand that recreational activities are necessary for the learning process because they facilitate the acquisition of social-emotional skills through interaction and cooperative play. dc.description.abstractEl trabajo presenta los resultados de un estudio encaminado a crear una guía de actividades recreativas dirigidas a desarrollar las habilidades socioemocionales de los estudiantes de la Escuela de Educación Básica “Juan E. Verdezoto, Cantón Babahoyo” “Educación Primaria II”. El estudio se realizó mediante métodos cualitativos, recogiendo información a través de observaciones y entrevistas. Hay un total de 60 niños de educación inicial y 2 profesores, incluyendo una muestra de 20 niños, 10 de cada clase. Se creó una guía de recreación para ayudar a los docentes a desarrollar habilidades socioemocionales a través de la recreación. A través de este estudio se pudo comprender que las actividades lúdicas son necesarias para el proceso de aprendizaje porque facilitan la adquisición de habilidades socioemocionales a través de la interacción y el juego cooperativo.es_ES
