Today, the company's knowledge has the duty to be where its customers or consumers are, to apply planned and well-executed digital strategies in order to reach its objectives or goals successfully. We apply various types of research such as descriptive, qualitative and quantitative, allowing the analysis of the company's weak points, with the intention of positioning the company in the market, generating sales and developing a relationship with customers, through digital marketing strategies, generating a content plan, advertising campaigns through its social networks and the creation of a website with attractive content for customers.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn el presente estudio de caso se destaca la importancia que tiene el marketing y la relevancia que representa el tener un plan de marketing digital a través de las redes sociales en la empresa Isla Fossil en la ciudad de Babahoyo, esta empresa se dedica a la comercialización de accesorios de joyería entre otros artículos y ofrece servicio de asistencia técnica. En la actualidad evidenciamos el crecimiento que a tenido el uso de los medios digitales y como las campañas de marketing han sido complementadas a las redes sociales. Hoy el conocimiento de la empresa tiene el deber de estar donde sus clientes o consumidores se encuentren, aplicar estrategias digitales planificadas y bien ejecutadas para poder llegar a sus objetivos o metas con éxito. Aplicamos diversos tipos de investigación como descriptiva, cualitativa y cuantitativa, permitiendo el análisis de los puntos débiles de la empresa, con la intención de posicionar a la empresa en el mercado, generar ventas he ir desarrollando una relación con los clientes, a través de estrategias de marketing digital, generando un plan de contenido, campañas publicitarias mediante sus redes sociales y la creación de una página web con un contenido atractivo para los clientes.es_ES
