The purpose of this curricular research work is to develop psychomotor skills in children in initial education II of the “Emigdio Esparza Moreno” Educational Unit. The problem was addressed based on the results of the diagnosed evaluation, where the deficiencies that children present with respect to the development of psychomotor skills were investigated. The main objective of our research is to analyze the learning strategies for the development of psychomotor skills in children in initial education II. Through the collection of data through surveys, interviews and observation sheets, it is possible to determine the number of children who have difficulties in their comprehensive development, since the necessary interest in psychomotor skills is not seen as an important process in the development of the child. It presents a descriptive methodology, with a mixed approach of a non-experimental cross-sectional design, working with 50 students and 2 teachers, the survey technique with 12 questions on a Likert scale, an interview with 12 questions and the observation sheet was used. 60% of parents consider it important that children do different types of physical activities to improve their psychomotor development, 50% consider that outdoor games help their child develop certain motor skills. 100% of parents noticed that their child improves their coordination when doing activities such as drawing, painting, or cutting, 65% considered that dancing and enjoying the rhythm of music positively benefits the child's psychomotor development. As a conclusion, teachers use a variety of effective playful strategies. These are made up of movement games, body expression, motor circuits and graphomotor exercises, integrated daily into the classroom routinees_ES
