dc.descriptionThis research aims to: Establish the factors that influence behavior so that teachers apply teaching strategies and improve their attitudes and academic performance of basic education students at the Adolfo Jurado González school. The first thing to do is; examine the different negative factors that intervene so that students present low academic performance, different sources were investigated about these two variables that are of great importance within the education of students, as well as what strategies contribute to improve teaching and therefore have good academic performance. Regarding the methodology used, the type of research is descriptive. Therefore, to obtain information about the behavior and academic performance of the students, a survey of teachers and students was used, which served to obtain very relevant data. Through the execution proposal, some determinants were identified that influence academic performance to be largely overcome, using strategies that involve motivation, with new learning styles, creating new study spaces, innovative activities, among others. . Indeed, this research covers relevant information about student behavior and academic performance, with useful techniques to apply in classes. In conclusion, to improve student behavior and performance, it is essential that teachers have active participation, with team activities, be flexible, empathetic, offer dynamic environments, among others. dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación que tiene como objetivo: Establecer cuáles son los factores que influyen en el comportamiento para que los docentes apliquen estrategias didácticas y mejoren sus actitudes y el desempeño académico de los estudiantes de educación básica de la escuela Adolfo Jurado González. Lo primero que se procedió es; examinar los diferentes factores negativos que intervienen para que los estudiantes presenten un bajo rendimiento académico, se investigaron por diferentes fuentes acerca de estas dos variables que son de gran importancia dentro de la educación de los estudiantes, así como también que estrategias contribuyen para mejorar la enseñanza y por ende para que se dé un rendimiento académico. En cuanto a la metodología utilizada el tipo de investigación es descriptiva. Por tanto, para obtener información sobre el comportamiento y el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes se recurrió a una encuesta a docentes y estudiantes, la misma que sirvió para conocer datos muy relevantes. A través de la propuesta se identificaron algunos determinantes que inciden para que se supere en gran parte el rendimiento académico, empleando estrategias en las que intervengan la motivación, con nuevos estilos de aprendizajes, creando nuevos espacios de estudios, actividades innovadoras, entre otras. En efecto, esta investigación abarca información relevante acerca del comportamiento de los estudiantes y el rendimiento académico, con técnicas útiles para aplicar en clases. En conclusión, para mejorar el comportamiento y rendimiento de los estudiantes, es imprescindible que los docentes tengan una participación activa, con actividades en equipo, ser flexibles, empáticos, ofrecer ambientes dinámicos, entre otros.es_ES
