This document addressed the topic Effects of plant hormones on water stress in avocado (Persea Americana) production. Auxins are crucial for plant development, the plant hormone drives growth and maturation, auxins also regulate plant growth movements and the retention of their organs. The main objective is to establish the effect of plant hormones on the physiological behavior of avocado plants (Persea Americana) in situations of water stress. However, the methodology was developed by collecting updated information such as scientific articles, blogs, magazines, websites and virtual libraries that provide updated information in this research. The production and marketing of avocado represents an important source of income for farmers and agricultural companies in the regions where it is grown commercially. Countries such as Mexico, Chile, Peru and the United States are large producers and exporters of avocado. The main phytohormones involved include abscisic acid (ABA), which regulates stomatal closure and promotes drought tolerance by inhibiting plant growth and development. In addition, cytokinin and ethylene also play important roles, modulating water balance and coordinating adaptive responses to stress. Plant regulators are compounds chemically synthesized or obtained from other organisms and are, in general, much more potent than natural analogues. It is necessary to take into account critical aspects such as application opportunity, dosage, variety sensitivity, plant condition, etc. Is recommended. Plan an experiment that will allow you to investigate the specific effects of plant hormones on water stress in avocado. This could involve treating plants with different concentrations of plant hormones.es_ES
