This document refers to the Integrated Management of Ticuadra circumdata in the cultivation of oil palm Elaeis guineensis Jacq. The main objective of the research was to detail the different methods of controlling the insect so that it does not cause damage or loss to the crop. The methodology used for this document was non-experimental bibliographic research using analysis techniques, magazines, current texts, articles, synthesis and summary of the collected data, thus achieving; a better approach for oil palm cultivation according to the aforementioned pest with proper integrated management of the plantation. Cultural or biological control is detailed as methods of prevention and constant monitoring, which will allow us to frequently monitor the plantations, allowing rapid control action before the cluster moth spreads widely in the producing area. The results indicate that high fruit moth populations in oil palm cause significant damage to crops, thus reducing crop yield. The conclusions presented based on the analysis of reviewed information determined: that the fruit moth can become a determinant for oil production; Therefore, it causes galleries within the cluster, causing the premature fall of the fruits, the total or partial loss of the cluster. Periodic inspections of the plantations are recommended to detect the presence of the insect early and, as a last resort, chemical control.es_ES
