dc.descriptionCocoa has always been an object of economic and social importance in various cultures, it was a symbolic product since it played a role of consumption and trade, it was also a currency for developing societies. One of the big problems that the country is going through in the agricultural system is the issue of cocoa prices in the national and international markets, the constant variation that occurs in its price is very notable and this is perhaps the biggest annoyance that they reflect. the people dedicated to this work, in addition to addressing the topics of studies such as the levels of preparation that farmers have in the country, this being another of the determining factors. The objectives of this research are based on characterizing the production systems of this crop in the Chacarita Parish, since Ecuador is a country in a great active agricultural development at present; we must know the different problems facing its development and production. For the development of this research work, surveys were carried out, by obtaining a sample of the cocoa population of the area. Evaluating the characteristics mentioned by each cocoa producer; The data was obtained to analyze it and make statistical percentage tables of the information, to then define the conclusions to solve the object of analysis of the investigation.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl cacao siempre ha sido un objeto de importancia económica y social en diversas culturas, fue un producto simbólico ya que jugó un papel de consumo y comercio, también fue moneda de cambio para las sociedades en desarrollo. Uno de los grandes problemas que atraviesa el país en el sistema de la agricultura es el tema de los precios del cacao en el mercado nacional e internacional la constante variante que se da en su precio es muy notable y esta es quizá la mayor molestia que reflejan las personas dedicadas a esta labor, además hay que abordar los temas de estudios como los niveles de preparación que poseen los agricultores en el país siendo este otro de los condicionantes. Los objetivos de esta investigación se basan en caracterizar los sistemas de producción de este cultivo en la Parroquia Chacarita, ya que al ser el Ecuador un País en un gran desarrollo agropecuario activo en la actualidad; debemos conocer los diferentes problemas que afronta su desarrollo y producción. Para el desarrollo de este trabajo de investigación se realizaron encuestas, mediante la obtención de una muestra de la población cacaotera de la zona. Evaluando las características mencionadas por cada productor de cacao; se obtuvieron los datos para analizarlos y realizar cuadros porcentuales estadísticos de la información, para luego definir las conclusiones para resolver el objeto de análisis de la investigación.es_ES
