dc.description.abstractEl presente caso denominado, “PLATAFORMAS VIRTUALES Y SUS METODOLOGÍAS DE ENSEÑANZA EN EL ÁMBITO EDUCATIVO DE LOS ESTUDIANTES TERCER AÑO DE BACHILLERATO DE LA UNIDAD EDUCATIVA EUGENIO ESPEJO PERÍODO LECTIVO 2021-2022”, es un caso de estudio que merece todo el desarrollo respectivo, es necesario conocer las plataformas virtuales que se usan en la actualidad, también todo lo referentes a las metodologías aplicadas a esta modalidad de estudio, por eso el objetivo es analizar estas dos variables, que permitan conocer un poco más de información conceptual sobre el uso de ambas, por tal motivo se diseñó una investigación de tipo cuantitativo que permite la medición de este tipos de variables con mejor precisión, también se elaboró un cuestionario como instrumento de medición que se le aplico a la muestra de la respectiva Unidad Educativa, dando como resultado el bajo conocimiento que se puede obtener conceptualmente hablando de estas dos variables tan importante para el estudio actual también se llegó a dos conclusiones una de carácter negativo que indica que el conocimiento que se maneja sobre las plataformas educativas, está bajo para lo que los jóvenes deben conocer, más aún si están en la modalidad online, este déficit genera confusión a nivel educativo y aumenta la brecha de conocimiento digital y una positiva que sostiene que las plataformas preferidas o las más conocidas son Zoom y Microsoft Teams, como plataforma que gestione la educación virtual, en la Unidad Educativa Eugenio Espejo, este aspecto es positivo porque al menos en estas plataformas hay acoplamiento.es_ES
