dc.descriptionThe objective of this study is to analyze the problems that students present when accessing online classes and to know their perception of the new educational process in the Students of the Cesar Ernesto Medina Salinas Educational Unit of the Baba Canton, for this it was used to which a type of explanatory and descriptive field research was used, with a qualitative design through an inductive, deductive and analytical method, for which basic data collection techniques were also applied through the survey where it was found that, virtual classes reduce the level of learning, estimating that the direct link between teacher and student is lost, minimizing the organization of study groups, the challenge of the institution is to find solutions for such an unexpected situation that prevented the normal functioning of classes, difficulty of certain people when adapting to an educational modality in a different way, the uncertainty of the effect activity of these technological resources, it would also take into account the risks that it would take to implement these elements in education, how the economy would affect the economy of some people, the ignorance of some of the students who are not accustomed to said pedagogical techniques for income of classrooms and teaching tools that often need professional advice for their better understanding, the curricular changes that institutions must make to adapt to the new educational environment, the effort of all public educational entities to carry out protocols that guarantee the effectiveness In the realization of the new modality, it is necessary to carry out projects and execution plans that help to provide knowledge about virtual learning environments with effective realization and this idea is not left only as a contingency.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de este estudio es analizar los problemas que presentan los alumnos al momento de acceder a las clases online y conocer su percepción sobre el nuevo proceso educativo en los Estudiantes de la Unidad Educativa Cesar Ernesto Medina Salinas del Cantón Baba, para esto se utilizó para lo cual se utilizó un tipo de investigación de campo, explicativa y descriptiva, con un diseño cualitativo a través de un método inductivo, deductivo y analítico por lo cual también se aplicó técnicas de recolección de datos básicos mediante la encuesta en donde se comprobó que, las clases virtuales disminuyen el nivel de aprendizaje estimando que, se pierde el nexo directo entre el docente y alumno, minimizando la organización de grupos de estudio, el reto de las institución es buscar soluciones para tan inesperada situación que impedía el normal funcionamiento de clases, dificultad de ciertas personas al momento de adaptarse a una modalidad educativa de forma distinta, la incertidumbre de la efectividad de estos recursos tecnológicos, también se tomaría en cuenta los riesgos que llevaría implementar dichos elementos en la educación, como afectaría la economía de algunas personas la economía, el desconocimiento de parte algunos de los alumnos que no están acostumbrados a dicha técnicas pedagógicas para ingreso de las aulas y herramientas didácticas que necesitan muchas veces asesoría profesional para su mayor comprensión, los cambios curriculares que las instituciones deben realizar para adaptar al nuevo entorno de educación, el esfuerzo de todas las entidades públicas educativas a llevar a cabo protocolos que garanticen la efectividad en la realización de la nueva modalidad, es preciso llevar a cabo proyectos y planes de ejecución ayuden a la aportación de conocimientos sobre los entornos virtuales de aprendizaje con efectiva realización y no quede esta idea solo como contingencia.es_ES
