| dc.description | The research proposal was made at the farm of Mr. Secundino Isidro Arízala Aguirre, located in the Quinsaloma Canton Campus Estero de Piedra, industry The Guabito, whose coordinates are UTM 694725, 9865000 georeferenced with PSA DATUM 56. The soil is regular topography with altitude of 30 meters, has clay loam texture and good drainage. | dc.description.abstract | La investigación propuesta se realizó en los predios agrícolas del señor Secundino Isidro Arízala Aguirre, ubicados en el Cantón Quinsaloma, Recinto Estero de Piedra, sector El Guabito, cuyas coordenadas son UTM 694725, 9865000 georeferenciada con el DATUM PSA 56. La temperatura media es de 25,4 C, precipitación anual de 1.398 mm y una heliofanía de 869,4 horas año, presenta también un precipitación de 1.096 mm y una velocidad de viento de 2 Km/ h. El suelo es de topografía regular, con altitud de 30 msnm, posee textura franco arcillosa y buen drenaje. El material genético que se empleó fue el hibrido de maíz hibrido INIAP “H 601”, donde se evaluaron tratamientos constituidos por la combinación de las densidades de siembra del cultivo y las dosis del fungicida Opera, Tilt y Amistar, en dosis de 500 cc/ ha, en comparación con un Testigo sin aplicación. El diseño utilizado fue Bloques Completos al Azar, con arreglo factorial A x B, con la prueba de Rango múltiple de Tukey al 95 % de confianza.
