dc.descriptionWith the research process carried out during this degree project, several important aspects have been determined in the context of written media and reading in young people. Journalism and the media have not been left out, in fact, they have undergone constant transformation and adaptation, due to the progress of social networks. Precisely, this work is intended to analyze and study the influence of written media and detect both strengths and weaknesses when influencing the habit of reading and writing in the youth of the San Camilo Educational Unit, of the canton Quevedo. In the first chapter, the topic to be investigated based on their respective contexts will be announced, raising appropriate objectives to solve the problem by defining their variables for the development of research. Chapter two will be framed in their respective theoretical and bibliographic support backed by the most representative authors attached to the problem that is being investigated to support the hypotheses of the case, in addition chapter three will detail the results of the research represented through tables and graphs Statisticians for correct interpretation and analysis. Consequently, chapter four will establish the alternative proposal to solve the problem raised during the development of the investigation, with the purpose of applying a guide with instructional workshops, in addition to the appropriate conclusions and recommendations with the aim of solving the problems found in the media. of communication for the benefit of the Educational Unit “San Camilo”es_ES

dc.description.abstractCon el proceso de investigación realizado durante este proyecto de titulación se han podido determinar varios aspectos importantes en el contexto de los medios de comunicación escritos y la lectura en los jóvenes. El periodismo y los medios de comunicación no se han quedado al margen, de hecho, han sido objeto de transformación y adaptación constante, debido al avance de las redes sociales. Precisamente, este trabajo está destinado a analizar y estudiar la influencia de los medios de comunicación escritos y detectar tanto fortalezas como debilidades al momento de influir en el hábito de la lectura y la escritura en los jóvenes de la Unidad Educativa San Camilo, del cantón Quevedo. En el primer capítulo se dará a conocen el tema que se investigara sustentado con sus respectivos contextos, planteando objetivos adecuados para llegar a solucionar la problemática delimitando sus variables para el desarrollo de la investigación. El capítulo dos estará enmarcados en su respectiva sustentación teórica y bibliográfica respaldado de los autores más representativos apegados a la problemática que se está investigando para apoyar las hipótesis del caso, además el capítulo tres detallará los resultados de la investigación representadas a través de cuadros y gráficos estadísticos para su correcta interpretación y análisis. Consecuentemente el capítulo cuatro establecerá la propuesta alternativa para solucionar la problemática planteada durante el desarrollo de la investigación, teniendo como finalidad la aplicación una guía con de talleres instructivos, además de las debidas conclusiones y recomendaciones con el objetivo de solucionar los problemas hallados en los medios de comunicación en beneficio de la Unidad Educativa “San Camiloes_ES
