| dc.description | At present, the role of communication professionals is largely framed by their social work from the media they work, from that point lies the importance of their journalistic work, dedicated to helping citizens in this case Quevedeña, specifically from the Venus del Rio parish. Within the social changes are framed a number of factors that carry out this transformation, among which we can point out; as are the sectional authorities (Municipal GAD), government ministries such as MIES, INFA, MSP, national police, among other institutions responsible for ensuring the welfare of citizens and citizens in general without discriminating ethnic groups, races or social strata. This research will assertively seek the inclusion of local journalists in the work of carrying out and being protagonists of the social changes of the Venus del Rio Quevedo cooperative, which together with the inhabitants work to achieve the objectives that will be raised and then put into practice the alternative proposal that will be developed from the opportunities for change that will be evident with the field work. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad el rol de los profesionales de la comunicación está enmarcada en gran parte por su labor social desde los medios de comunicación que laboran, desde ese punto radica la importancia de su trabajo periodístico, dedicado a ayudar a la ciudadanía en este caso Quevedeña, específicamente de la parroquia Venus del Rio. Dentro de los cambios sociales se enmarcan un sin número de factores que llevan a cabo dicha transformación, entre los cuales podemos señalar; como los son las autoridades seccionales (GAD Municipal), ministerios gubernamentales como MIES, INFA, MSP, policía nacional, entre otras instituciones encargadas de velar por el bienestar de los y ciudadanos en general sin discriminar de etnias, razas o estratos sociales. La presente investigación buscara de manera asertiva la inclusión de los periodistas locales en la labor de llevar a cabo y ser protagonistas de los cambios sociales de la cooperativa Venus del Rio Quevedo, que conjuntamente con los moradores trabajar para lograr los objetivos que se plantearan y después poner en práctica la propuesta alternativa que se desarrollara a partir de las oportunidades de cambio que se evidenciaran con el trabajo de campo. | es_ES |
