dc.description	The present investigation of the written press and its influence on cultural development is very important because it includes certain representations of culture that are built in the usual journalistic work. Although many times it is not given the social interest that it requires due to the lack of professionalization or because it is not of greater importance for citizens, but the culture frames the well-being of people to motivate them and empower us to preserve their roots and moral values , through methodological approaches, with the analysis of the variables and contents, it was possible to survey columnists and social communicators about the little information that is provided to culture, While it is true that cultural information is not so relevant, but in the different parishes and cantons of Ecuador if there are cultural events that lead to be promoted by all media. It is shown that cultural production and its development is permanent but it does not have the necessary reception by the written press, then setting precedents so that with different teaching strategies culture can be spread with great quality in all communities and have as great beneficiaries to children, adolescents so that they can transmit that legacy and not lose their cultural identity. Finally, the written press was one of the first means of communication that allowed readers to enjoy different activities that are immersed in their information, facilitating knowledge between cultures and the varied availability of options between: opinions, sports, chronic, social, children's, gastronomic and advertising spaces. Regarding what you want to achieve is to propose a cultural education program that allows you to mold and shape the different cultural events that contribute to the development of society.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Es muy importante la presente investigación de la prensa escrita y su influencia en el desarrollo cultural porque comprende determinadas representaciones de cultura que se construyen en el quehacer periodístico habitual. A pesar que muchas veces no se le brinda el interés social que requiere por la falta de profesionalización o por no ser de mayor trascendencia para la ciudadanía, pero la cultura enmarca el bienestar de las personas para motivarlos y empoderarnos de conservar sus raíces y valores morales, por medio de aproximaciones metodológicas, con el análisis de las variables y los contenidos, se logró encuestar a columnistas y comunicadores sociales sobre el poca información que se le brinda a la cultura, Si bien es cierto que la información cultural no es tan relevante, pero en las diferentes parroquia y cantones del Ecuador si hay eventos culturales que conllevan a ser promocionados por todos los medios de comunicación. Se demuestra que la producción cultural y su desarrollo es permanente pero no tiene la acogida necesaria por la prensa escrita, entonces el asentar precedentes para que con diferentes estrategias de enseñanza se pueda difundir con gran calidad la cultura en todas las comunidades y tenga como grandes beneficiados a niños, niñas, adolescentes para que ellos puedan transmitir ese legado y no perder la identidad cultural. Por último, la prensa escrita fue uno de los primeros medios de comunicación que permitió a los lectores disfrutar de diferentes actividades que están inmersos en sus informaciones, facilitando el conocimiento entre culturas y la variada disponibilidad de opciones entre: opiniones, deportes, crónica, sociales, infantiles, gastronómicas y espacios publicitarios. Con relación a lo que se quiere lograr es proponer un programa de educación cultural que permita moldear y dar forma a los diferentes eventos culturales que contribuyan al desarrollo de la sociedad.	es_ES
