dc.description	The objective of this research is to create a psychoeducational guide that applies good practices for social interaction in the Educational Unit "Humberto Alvarado Prado", in order to improve interpersonal relationships among students of the institution. At the moment, the Educational Unit presents a deficit with respect to social interaction between classmates, for this reason, it is necessary for the institution to apply good and innovative practices in classrooms, which guarantee a better school relationship. For this proposal, it was necessary to conduct surveys of teachers, students and parents and thus have a deeper knowledge about the type of problem that is attacking the students and what kind of conclusions could be reached. This psychoeducational guide was designed in order to make known the importance of creating good practice applications for the construction of interpersonal relationships, since a school with a development of social interaction would be strengthened, where all students would participate fully without any discrimination. Therefore, it is important to take care of the social environment in which students interact, both at school and at home, ensuring that their thoughts are positive in society.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El objetivo de esta investigación es crear una guía psicoeducativa que aplique buenas prácticas para la interacción social en la Unidad Educativa “Humberto Alvarado Prado”, con el fin mejorar las relaciones interpersonales entre los estudiantes de la institución. En estos momentos la Unidad Educativa presenta un déficit con respecto a la interacción social entre compañeros, por esta razón, es necesario que la institución aplique buenas y novedosas prácticas en las aulas de clase, las cuales garanticen una mejor relación escolar. Para dicha propuesta, fue necesario, realizar encuestas a docentes, estudiantes y padres de familia y así tener un conocimiento más profundo sobre el tipo de problema que está atacando a los estudiantes y a qué tipo de conclusiones se podía llegar. Esta guía psicoeducativa fue diseñada con fin de hacer saber la importancia de crear aplicaciones de buenas prácticas para la construcción de relaciones interpersonales, ya que se estaría fortaleciendo una escuela con un desarrollo de interacción social, donde todos los estudiantes participaran de manera íntegra sin discriminación alguna. Por lo tanto, es importante cuidar el entorno social en el que se relacionan los estudiantes, tanto en la escuela como en el hogar, garantizando que sus pensamientos sean positivos en la sociedad	es_ES
