Desaprovechamiento de los productos turísticos y escasa afluencia de visitantes en la Parroquia Pimocha Cantón Babahoyo
Abstract
La Parroquia de Pimocha perteneciente al Cantón Babahoyo de la Provincia de Los Ríos, es reconocida por tradiciones culturales como: El Rodeo Montubio, Regatas, Mitos y Leyendas, Fiestas Patronales, entre otras. Sin embargo, con el paso del tiempo estas tradiciones se han ido perdiendo desarrollándose mayormente la actividad agrícola.
Por esta razón, este proyecto tiene como objetivo principal identificar los principales puntos de interés turístico de la parroquia mediante un análisis que permitirá obtener la definición de estrategias turísticas que mejoren la afluencia de visitantes para un desarrollo turístico sostenible. Este trabajo comprende tres fases: 1ro) Procesamiento y sistematización de información, 2do) Análisis de los sitios de interés mediante la recolección de información brindada por las autoridades y pobladores 3ro) Planteamiento de Estrategias.
En base a los estudios realizados, se establece que a través de una mejor promoción turística se logrará incrementar el número de visitantes, generando nuevas oportunidades y por ende un aporte económico a los pobladores, así mismo los turistas podrán disfrutar de sitios acondicionados y funcionales que les permitan una experiencia agradable
