dc.description	The objective of this research work is to develop an educational television program with the purpose of influencing the care of the environment in the La Ladera sector of the 7 de Octubre parish of Quevedo canton. In Ecuador, the Organic Law of communication was created, with the purpose of respecting human rights, which is why television programs favoring the community should be reported with messages that contribute to good living. Television is a means of communicating images, color and sounds with the ability to broadcast messages in a massive way with more reliable sources of information very attractive and available to all social classes. Several methodologies are used to carry out the research, a questionnaire was applied to questions, tables, statistical graphs using tools that allowed the automation of the opinion. The methods made it possible to study the relationship of the variables to verify the validity of the problem. It was concluded that the educational program of television that is directed to the care of the environment is beneficial for the residents of the sector since it will transmit training messages, and implement environmental awareness in each inhabitant of the La Ladera sector.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo desarrollar un programa educativo de televisión con el propósito de influir en el cuidado del medio ambiente en en el sector La Ladera de la parroquia 7 de Octubre del cantón Quevedo. En Ecuador se creó la Ley Orgánica de comunicación, con el propósito que se respetaran los derechos humanos es por ello que se deben reportar programas de televisión favorecedores para la comunidad con mensajes que aporten al buen vivir. La televisión es un medio de comunicación de imágenes, color y sonidos con la capacidad de difundir mensajes de manera masiva con fuentes de información más confiables muy atractivo y disponible para todas las clases sociales. Se emplean varias metodologías para realizar la investigación, se aplicó un cuestionario de preguntas, cuadros, gráficos estadísticos utilizando herramientas que permitieron la automatización del dictamen. Los métodos hicieron posible el estudio de relación de las variables para comprobar la validez del problema. Se concluyó que el programa educativo de televisión que va dirigido al cuidado del medio ambiente es beneficioso para los moradores del sector ya que va a trasmitir mensajes formativos, e implantar conciencia ambiental en cada habitante del sector La Ladera.	es_ES
