dc.description	In the research on "MOTIVATION AND ITS INCIDENCE IN THE TRAINING OF COMPETENCES OF STUDENTS OF 4 - 5 YEARS OF THE SCHOOL OF BASIC EDUCATION," PEDRO LEOPOLDO BALLADARES MOLINA "PROVINCE LOS RIOS, CANTON URDANETA, PARISH CATARAMA". The study was carried out considering the problem of the low motivation that the teacher uses within learning, the foundations and the independent and dependent variables, a survey was applied to the students, performing the analysis and interpretation of results. To conclude that most of the teaching process applied by the teacher worries that a great percentage of motivation is needed so that the students' competences emerge in the classroom, a good motivation in the different processes of the class will help to improve the learning and therefore their competences. The project proposes a proposal that consists of the design of a pedagogical guide with motivation strategies that will be applied for 4-5 years of initial education, this will allow a significant learning and development of competencies appropriate to their age, making reference to the motivation in the procedural and attitudinal cognitive field that will contribute to a more integral education, trying to apply learning motivation strategies to raise the academic performance specifically in the development of their competences, maximizing them by seeking a quality and warm education not only in knowledge but also in also in values.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	En la investigación sobre “MOTIVACIÓN Y SU INCIDENCIA EN LA FORMACIÓN DE COMPETENCIAS DE LOS ESTUDIANTES DE 4 - 5 AÑOS DE LA ESCUELA DE EDUCACIÓN BÁSICA, “PEDRO LEOPOLDO BALLADARES MOLINA” PROVINCIA LOS RIOS, CANTÓN URDANETA, PARROQUIA CATARAMA”. Se realizó el estudio considerando, el problema de la poca motivación que la docente utiliza dentro del aprendizaje, las fundamentaciones y las variables independiente y dependiente, se aplicó una encuesta a los estudiantes, realizando el análisis e interpretación de resultados, Los mismos que se puede concluir que la mayor parte del proceso de enseñanza aplicada por la docente preocupa ya que necesita un gran porcentaje de motivación para que las competencias de los estudiantes afloren en el aula de clase, una buena motivación en los diferentes procesos de la clase ayudará a mejorar el aprendizaje y por ende sus competencias. El proyecto plantea una propuesta que consiste en el diseño de una guía pedagógica con estrategias de motivación que se aplicará de 4-5 años de educación inicial, esto permitirá un aprendizaje significativo y un desarrollo de competencias adecuado a su edad, haciendo referencia a la motivación en el campo cognitivo procedimental y actitudinal que aportará a una educación más integral, pretendiendo aplicar estrategias de motivación en el aprendizaje para elevar el rendimiento académico específicamente en el desarrollo de sus competencias potenciándolos al máximo buscando una educación de calidad y calidez no solo en conocimiento sino también en valores.	es_ES
