| dc.description | This study delves into the topic of artistic expression and its impact on the development of socio-emotional skills in early education children at the “Victor Mercante” Basic Education School of the Vinces Canton, Province of Los Ríos, Antonio Sotomayor Parish. The research aims to explore the relationship between artistic expression and its influence on the development of socio-emotional skills in children. Art plays a fundamental role in the growth and integral formation of a child. Understanding how artistic expression in the educational environment influences social-emotional development is essential to designing specific interventions and support systems. The research adopts a mixed approach combining qualitative and quantitative elements, it is non-experimental, in the same way it is a Documentary and field research, it is descriptive because the relationship between artistic expression and the socio-emotional development of children of Initial education. The results reveal a significant correlation between participation in artistic activities and the positive development of social-emotional skills in children. The study emphasizes the importance of educators and parents recognizing the value of art in children's emotional and social growth from an early age. By providing insights into the connection between artistic expression and social-emotional development, this research contributes to improving educational practices that can more effectively support children's holistic development at the early education level. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este estudio profundiza en el tema de la expresión artística y su incidencia en el desarrollo de habilidades socioemocionales en niños de educación inicial en la Escuela de Educación Básica “Victor Mercante” del Cantón Vinces, Provincia de Los Ríos, Parroquia Antonio Sotomayor. La investigación tiene como objetivo explorar la relación entre la expresión artística y su influencia en el desarrollo de habilidades socioemocionales en los niños. El arte desempeña un papel fundamental en el crecimiento y la formación integral de un niño. Comprender cómo la expresión artística en el entorno educativo influye en el desarrollo socioemocional es esencial para diseñar intervenciones específicas y sistemas de apoyo. La investigación adopta un enfoque mixto combinando elementos cualitativos y cuantitativos, es de tipo no experimental, de igual modo es una investigación Documental y de campo, es descriptiva porque se describirá y explorará la relación entre la expresión artística y el desarrollo socioemocional de los niños de Educación Inicial. Los resultados revelan una correlación significativa entre la participación en actividades artísticas y el desarrollo positivo de habilidades socioemocionales en los niños. El estudio enfatiza la importancia de que los educadores y padres reconozcan el valor del arte en el crecimiento emocional y social de los niños desde una edad temprana. Al proporcionar información sobre la conexión entre la expresión artística y el desarrollo socioemocional, esta investigación contribuye a mejorar las prácticas educativas que pueden respaldar de manera más efectiva el desarrollo holístico de los niños en el nivel de educación inicial. | es_ES |
