The objective of the research was to establish the incidence of graphoplastic techniques in the motor development of children of Initial Education II of the Basic Education School "Federico Gonzales Suarez of the Montalvo Canton-Province of Los Rios". The descriptive research study had a sample of 50 students of Initial Education II, who were part of the A and B parallels of the Federico Gonzales Suarez Educational Unit, to whom a survey of 10 open questions was applied to the teaching staff and on the other hand, an observation form to the students in order to fulfill the objectives established in the research. The interview showed that most of the teachers indicated that in most of their classes they put graphoplastic techniques into practice, but one of the main problems is the use of materials, since they do not have the different materials to carry out multiple activities. According to the observation sheet, it was perceived that the students do carry out activities directed with graphoplastic techniques, which has allowed them to develop cognitive and motor skills such as drawing, painting and coloring. In this study it was concluded that graphoplastic techniques do influence the development of motor skills of children in early childhood education II, so it was recommended to implement other techniques that favor the development of complex skills.es_ES
