| dc.description | The research project focuses on exploring how educational management influences the development of learning standards in 6th year students of the Adolfo Jurado González Educational Unit. It was observed that deficiencies in educational management directly affected the implementation of learning standards, manifesting themselves in poor curricular planning and the lack of continuous training of teaching staff. The main objective was to determine the impact of educational management on the development of learning standards for 6th year students of Basic Education of the Adolfo Jurado González Educational Unit. A non-experimental cross-sectional research design with a quantitative approach was chosen. The data collection techniques included interviews with the 6th year teacher and documentary review, using a questionnaire as the main instrument. The results showed the limitations in educational management and its negative impact on learning standards. In conclusion, the imperative need to improve educational management is highlighted to ensure the educational quality offered to students. This study suggests that addressing deficiencies in educational management can have a significant impact on improving the teaching-learning process and, ultimately, on the academic development of students. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto de investigación se enfoca en explorar cómo la gestión educativa influye en el desarrollo de estándares de aprendizaje en los estudiantes de 6to año de la Unidad Educativa Adolfo Jurado González. Se observó que las deficiencias en la gestión educativa incidían directamente en la implementación de los estándares de aprendizaje, manifestándose en una planificación curricular deficiente y la falta de formación continua del personal docente. El objetivo principal fue determinar la incidencia la gestión educativa al desarrollo de estándares de aprendizaje a los estudiantes de 6to año de educación Básica de la Unidad Educativa Adolfo Jurado González. Se optó por un diseño de investigación no experimental de corte transversal con un enfoque mixto. Las técnicas de recolección de información incluyeron entrevistas al docente del 6to año y revisión documental, empleando un cuestionario como instrumento principal. Los resultados evidenciaron las limitaciones en la gestión educativa y su repercusión negativa en los estándares de aprendizaje. En conclusión, se destaca la necesidad imperativa de mejorar la gestión educativa para asegurar la calidad educativa ofrecida a los estudiantes. Este estudio sugiere que abordar las deficiencias en la gestión educativa puede tener un impacto significativo en la mejora del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje y, en última instancia, en el desarrollo académico de los estudiantes. | es_ES |
